And, every word you write I could have written when I was quitting. I had actually "quit" a couple (okay, many) times before I got pregnant and HAD to quit. The nic addiction is far easier to kick than the habit, the routine of smoking. I will tell you this - every day you don't smoke, your skin will look noticeably better. I know, small reward... but better than the old "you're so much healthier for not smoking" chestnut. Oh, and sex. Have lots of it. That really helped me. :) You’re so beautiful, Lottie.
